With over 12 years of experience as a therapist, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and families through their unique journeys. I specialize in working with children ages 3 to 11, using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches such as play therapy to help them express themselves, build resilience, and navigate challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
As both a therapist and a mother, I deeply understand the importance of fostering strong, trusting relationships not only with children but also with their caregivers. I believe that healing begins with connection, and I strive to create a space where children feel seen, heard, and valued.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Counseling and Psychology, and am currently a doctoral candidate for my PsyD. I am passionate about continuing to grow as a clinician and enjoy learning new therapeutic techniques that enhance my work with young clients.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending quality time with my family and seeking out opportunities for both personal and professional development.
